Celebrate Harry Potter’s birthday with this Lego statue

Everyone is celebrating the birthday of Harry Potter, including Lego and this giant statue of our favorite wizard.

Harry Potter’s birthday isn’t just a date in a book, it’s an event that fans everywhere celebrate. Everyone’s favorite wizard turned 37-yeard old and the world when crazy to honor the occasion, Lego included.

You might remember that Lego brought giant statues of pop culture figures to Comic-Con. That was sort of the case for Harry Potter’s birthday too, as Lego tweeted out a photo of the wizard while giving a shoutout to the person who created him — J.K. Rowling.

It’s not the most extravagant way to say Happy Birthday but how can you go wrong with a giant Lego statue that also happens to be Harry Potter?

There’s just something really cool about the Lego statues. They’re starting to pop up more and more, each one leaving us in bewilderment. The time and effort that goes into making these statues can’t be stressed enough.

As for the occasion of Harry Potter’s birthday, how could we not celebrate? There were festivals and screenings held all over the world to mark the day. Book readings were held and of course there were sales to be had.

Lego fans honored Potter by putting together sets that commemorate the film, ranging from the easy to build to the harder construction projects.

Never doubt the power of Harry Potter and what he means to those who love him. He’s a character many from this generation grew up with and that love is starting to be handed down. With days like his actual birthday to celebrate, the love isn’t going anywhere anytime soon.
