We finally have Lego versions of the Star Wars Last Jedi character photos to fawn over as we wait for December to arrive.

There are still a handful of months before the release of Star Wars The Last Jedi, but we’re starting to see more and more. Thanks to Lego being basically attached at the hip with Star Wars, we’re starting to get a heavy dose of of both worlds.

Naturally, the character posters that we saw for The Last Jedi have been given the Lego treatment — and they’re as awesome as you’re probably thinking. Like Gus Van Zant’s shot-for-shot remake of Psycho, these posters are true to the originals and they’re perfect.

Luke, Leia, Finn and the gang all get the Lego treatment in the new posters, but they seem to be separate from any sort of announcement about future sets.

They’re still awesome:

It’s been a pretty heavy summer for all things Star Wars and Lego. Sets have leaked out early and given us a first-look at both the kits we will be hunting as well as things from the movie. This has ranged from Kylo Ren’s tie fighter to Supreme Leader Snoke’s minifigure and Resistance ships.

These posters are nothing more than cool crossovers that further Lego-ize the Star Wars universe, but no one is going to complain about that. If anything it hints at what the Lego minifigures of the characters shown will look like– plus you can never go wrong with Lego and Star Wars.
