24. Your favorites in legos!

Let me clear this up for you. This isn’t one person in lego, as you can see. This is someone who took the time to make ten characters, all from individual legos. Let’s focus on my favorite, Princess Leia, to honor Carrie Fisher.

The person who made a replica of Princess Leia looks like they magnified the toy version. They blend so well; you don’t realize that the white outfit she’s wearing is probably over a thousand legos. Not only that, it’s in 3D! The middle of her jets out to multiple levels to give it a professional look — even though it’s from a DIY site!  She has the first level, which is her outfit, and then to give it texture, well, even more, they added three more sites to replicate her famous dress.

How long do you think it took to make this? My guess is multiple months. Because not only did they have to do her beautiful outer part, they had to fill it in so that she would be stable enough to hold. She may not be life sized, but she’s fun-sized, and this is a masterpiece in and of itself.

If Princess Leia isn’t your style, look at the Darth Vader, which also comes with its own — also hand made, lightsaber. Are you impressed yet?
