Toronto’s Union Station had a big surprise for commuters this morning, getting people ready for Christmas. Talk about spreading the joy!
LEGO can do many things, including spread happiness and the Christmas cheer. In Toronto at the city’s union station, commuters were treated to a special display this week. Commuters shared photos of the LEGO set up outside of the station, which displayed a fireplace with four Christmas stockings.

The fireplace looked legit like a real fireplace and there are five stockings on the fireplace; one in yellow, red, pink, purple and blue. There are even gifts in front of the fireplace. But it seems that this installation is part of a larger LEGO experiment.
The official Union Station Twitter account also revealed that they had installed a mural wall and encouraged commuters to play for five minutes. It’s all part of donating to Toy Mountain to help children before the holidays.
This mural at Toronto’s Union Station will be the largest ever in the Western Hemisphere. Commuters can help build the mural and help children in need. With every person contributing to the mural, LEGO will donate a LEGO set to children.
This is a great chance for fans to give back to the community and help with a charitable effort by simply building LEGOs. Plus, it’s a great chance to help build the massive mural that may just set the record as being the biggest mural in the Western Hemisphere.
Will you stop by on your commute to help build the largest LEGO mural in the Western Hemisphere?
